Epicor CPQ - Americas is scheduled for the 2022.2 Production Upgrade on Friday, October 21, 11:00 PM – Saturday, October 22, 4:00 AM Eastern Time (UTC -4). Note that your system will be unavailable for several hours while it is being upgraded. Please plan accordingly.
Epicor CPQ is currently experiencing a disruption with all Epicor CPQ application servers. Currently all applications are down. We are in the beginning stages of investigating.
All appropriate parties are engaged to determine the root cause and are working to fully restore functionality.

Epicor CPQ has been experiencing some intermittent errors to the elastic search clusters. All appropriate parties are engaged to determine the root cause and are working to fully restore functionality.
Epicor CPQ team has been working diligently to restore companies and they are about half-way through this process, with some companies already back to operational status. If you are seeing products populated in your products page, that is an indication that the issue is resolved.
Epicor CPQ has restored functionality to most customers and are expecting the remainder to be restored within the next hour.
