The TLS change deployed by the BisTrack hosting team last night is causing printing problems for some customers.
The BisTrack hosting team is aware of this unexpected outcome, we are actively rolling the change back on all systems now. We will send another update when the change is fully reversed.

The Epicor Building Supply, Eagle hosting Austin, and Vision hosting team is observing network performance problems with one of the network circuits supporting customers. The issue is not impacting all accounts, it only appears to be impacting customers utilizing select local ISPs. Our network team is deploying a routing change that should improve connectivity for customers impacted by this issue.
Epicor's network engineers have implemented a network routing change that should improve connectivity. Will continue to monitor to ensure performance is back to normal.
