The TLS change deployed by the BisTrack hosting team last night is causing printing problems for some customers.
The BisTrack hosting team is aware of this unexpected outcome, we are actively rolling the change back on all systems now. We will send another update when the change is fully reversed.

Epicor is currently experiencing a disruption with our BisTrack, LumberTrack, Vision ,Eagle retail and WMS service. All appropriate parties are engaged to determine the root cause and are working to fully restore functionality.
