Epicor Kinetic Australia is experiencing an issue with PILOT and additional instances for a subset of customers. Currently, users from this subset of customers will not be able to connect against the affected instances.
The appropriate teams are working to resolve this issue and we'll provide an update as available. The incident is not affecting PRODUCTION.
UPDATE:
We are experiencing impact related to a cooling issue in a
section of a datacentre in Australia region. This is resulting in connectivity
and availability issues for services with dependencies on storage or compute in
this section.
We do not have an exact ETA at this time, but temperature in
the impacted datacenter have been stabilized. The service recovery process has
commenced and is expected to progressively return over a number of hours.
The incident is limited to PILOT and additional instances
for a subset of customers. The incident is NOT affecting PRODUCTION.
Further updates will be provided as events warrant.
UPDATE:
Our mitigation efforts to restore our services are ongoing, and affected instances are becoming available as the backend infrastructure allows.
We do not have an exact ETA at this time for the full restore yet. Further updates will be provided as events warrant.
