Epicor will be performing a change on firewall at the datacenter. DMZs will be migrated from one firewall to another. VPN tunnels will NOT be impacted by this change at this time.
The maintenance window will last 6 hours. There will be 1 hour of downtime at the beginning of the maintenance window, but multiple disconnects might happen during the whole maintenance window.
Testing and validation are part of the maintenance window.

Epicor Cloud and Development are currently working on an intermittent issue with kinetic forms only. If you are having these issues, we highly recommend using modern or classic until we resolve the issue.
After identifying the issue, we have applied a Global
Fix allowing to login using Kinetic Interface without any issues.
Epicor is currently experiencing a Kinetic Private Cloud - Americas Service Issue that is impacting a subset of Customers and you could be impacted by this issue.
All appropriate support teams are engaged in troubleshooting and restoring services as quickly as possible.

Network Team would be migrating firewalls to the new Internet infrastructure. Communication to and from internet for hosted environments would be impacted. You may expect intermittences during this maintenance for periods of 10 to 15 mins. The new internet infrastructure has been tested and is currently operational.

Kinetic is currently experiencing an issue with emails in all regions. At this moment, users will not be able to send emails. The appropriate teams are working to resolve this issue and we'll provide an update as soon as they've resolved it.

ERP Active Directory Password Reset Portal will go through a maintenance which would last 5 hours. During the maintenance, the Portal will not be available. In case end users would need to reset their ERP Active Directory password, they would be able to do it through Parallels Client or raising a ticket through EpicCare Service Portal.
Please note there will be NO IMPACT for your ERP managed hosting solution.
Epicor ERP Private Cloud - Americas is scheduled for maintenance on Saturday July 25, 2020 10:00:00 PM CDT for approximately 2h. This maintenance is the final update to Epicor's core switch devices (which fixes a vulnerability identified in a previous code version). A notification will be sent when the maintenance has been completed, the expected total downtime is estimated to be under 60 minutes.
Considerations were made to ensure a smooth maintenance operation, and remediation activities have been put in place to prevent additional disruption to service.
Epicor experienced a temporary disruption with our Epicor ERP Private Cloud - Americas service but engineers stabilized the environment after quickly identifying the root cause. All operations have returned to normal at this time.
