Epicor - Eagle is still experiencing a disruption with our chat support. We are aware of the issue and are currently trying to resolve. An update will be provided in an hour or sooner.

Epicor is currently experiencing a disruption with our Eagle Public Cloud - East service. All appropriate parties are engaged to determine the root cause and are working to fully restore functionality.

The disruption to the Eagle Public Cloud - East service has been restored. If you are unable to connect to your Eagle Server please contact the advice line or reboot your SonicWall.

The network team will be performing maintenance on:

Monday October 2nd at 11pm Central Time in the Azure North Central

During this maintenance period all Eagle systems in the Azure North Central region will be unavailable.

Maintenance is expected to take 30 Minutes. If you are unable to connect to your Eagle Server please contact the advice line or reboot your SonicWall.
