Epicor is currently experiencing a disruption with our BisTrack, LumberTrack, Vision ,Eagle retail and WMS service. All appropriate parties are engaged to determine the root cause and are working to fully restore functionality.

Epicor WMS - Americas continues to observe a performance issue. We are actively investigating a resolution and will update with significant information.

The WMS server performance issue has been fully investigated by our team. The servers most impacted by the issue have been restored to optimal performance. To fully resolve this issue several WMS servers require a reboot. All servers are scheduled to reboot this Sunday but our support team will be reaching out to customers running on the most impacted servers to schedule an earlier reboot to resolve their performance issue sooner.

Epicor BisTrack, Vision, LumberTrack, WMS - Americas is scheduled for maintenance on Thursday, February 17th, 2022 at 09:00:00 PM Local Server Time. All servers will be back online prior to the start of their business day. A notification will be sent when the maintenance has been completed. Please plan according.

In an effort to provide a more secure and speedier hosted solution the Epicor hosting will be upgrading our hosting firewalls on Saturday Feb 5^th From 10pm to 2 am CT.  During this maintenance window we expect intermittent network connectivity.

A notification will be sent when the maintenance has been completed. During this window all users will be logged off and blocked from access hosted servers. Please plan accordingly.

Epicor is currently experiencing a Verizon vendor outage with our Epicor BisTrack, LumberTrack, Vision, Epicor Eagle, Epicor WMS - Americas service's. All appropriate parties are engaged to determine the root cause and are working to fully restore functionality.

Service has been restored, pending a final resolution on Verizon's end.

All appropriate parties are engaged to determine the root cause and are working to fully restore functionality.

Epicor has identified a power disruption within the CyrusOne datacenter and engineers are working to restore services to affected areas.

Epicor Eagle Private Cloud - Americas now has power and its services are restored. Our engineers are working to restore services to other affected areas.

Epicor BisTrack, LumberTrack, Vision, WMS experienced a network performance degradation and has since recovered. All services are functioning and operational.

Epicor services based in CyrusOne experienced a brief network outage. All services are currently restored.
