To reduce the impact on customers, DiNet has provided new 5 year certificate which is now available to download using this link. (Serial number: {3388562425d8719e4062b3bf4ab19d9a})

 PLEASE NOTE: This certificate update affects all customers using a secure connection to DiNet (SFTP, OFTP2, AS2) and you will need to make changes to your software in order to accommodate this new certificate.

For customers sending to DiNet: This new certificate will be active in DiNet from 10am Monday, 4^th September 2023, along with the existing certificate to provide time for you to test and implement the new certificate.

For DiNet sending to customers: This new certificate will be active from 10am Wednesday, 4^th October 2023. You must have implemented this new certificate by this date.

Customers must ensure they have implemented the new certificate before 10am Wednesday, 4^th October 2023 for all secured connections with DiNet or you will not be able to exchange messages with DiNet after this date.

DiNet OFTP and AS2 connection names using this certificate are listed for reference below.

DiNet AS2 Users – FINAL REMINDER!

If you are using AS2 connection with DiNet, please also ensure you have repointed your DiNet AS2 connection to the DiNet AS2 in Azure end point and allowed access through your firewall for the DiNet Azure IP addresses detailed below. All DiNet AS2 services were migrated to Azure earlier this year. The DiNEt  legacy AS2 services will be terminated with this certificate change as of 10am Wednesday, 4^th October 2023

Due to customer demand, the sFTP migration is postponed to August 14 at 8:30 p.m. EST. Please continue migrating your FTP, FTPs, and sFTP to the new sFTP server.

Please note the following key information regarding the migration:

1. New Server Details: Our new SFTP server will be named EDIServices.sftp.Epicor.com. Starting from July 24, 2023, at 7 PM EST, the current URL (sftp2.1edisource.com) will automatically point to the new server.

2. Protocol Support: The new server will support SFTP exclusively. Please note that FTP and FTPS will not be supported.

3. Password Standards: If your current password does not meet 2 of the new password requirements (14 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 symbol. Please contact your support team, and they will assist you promptly. They will supply your passwords as requested to ensure security.

4. Reporting Connection Issues: In case of any connection issues, please contact your support team through your usual channels. Include the error log, the time of the attempted connection, the IP, and the username used. Our team will promptly contact you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this migration process. Our team is committed to providing you with a seamless transition and ensuring minimal disruption to your operations. As we progress with the migration, please watch for further communication regarding your specific FTP, FTPS, and sFTP connection methods.
