Due to customer demand, the sFTP migration is postponed to August 14 at 8:30 p.m. EST. Please continue migrating your FTP, FTPs, and sFTP to the new sFTP server.
Please note the following key information regarding the migration:
1. New Server Details: Our new SFTP server will be named EDIServices.sftp.Epicor.com. Starting from July 24, 2023, at 7 PM EST, the current URL (sftp2.1edisource.com) will automatically point to the new server.
2. Protocol Support: The new server will support SFTP exclusively. Please note that FTP and FTPS will not be supported.
3. Password Standards: If your current password does not meet 2 of the new password requirements (14 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 symbol. Please contact your support team, and they will assist you promptly. They will supply your passwords as requested to ensure security.
4. Reporting Connection Issues: In case of any connection issues, please contact your support team through your usual channels. Include the error log, the time of the attempted connection, the IP, and the username used. Our team will promptly contact you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
